Millian Fashion Week A/W 2015 - Day 2

Fendi

Stiff leather structured pinafore dresses, dungaree style tops and deep sheeted pockets were prominent throughout the collection. I loved the clean lines, the subtle panelling and large button detailing on the shirts and the extra dimension created through the over sized pockets.

Urban living was the central theme of this collection and referenced through ghetto fashion, scenery and sporty designs.

Warner Brothers well known cartoon characters featured on brightly coloured jumper and basket ball vest dresses. Vivid leather ghetto style quilted bra tops, baggie shorts, skirts and dungarees were worn with puffer jackets and quilted bags.

The ghetto fashion was referenced through thick gold necklaces and medallions and teamed with black jumpsuits, trousers and orange camouflage jackets. Urban graffiti fabric was also used to create kimono style and evening gowns and teddy bear fabric was used on dresses and accessories.
